Hi, I’m Ash. I am a Sydney based creative working across Production, where I bring structure, clarity, and steady leadership to fast moving projects. I enjoy guiding an idea from the first brief all the way to delivery, making sure teams feel supported and the creative stays grounded in intention. I work best in collaborative environments where problem solving, communication, and trust shape the way the project comes together.
Growing up between cultures taught me how to adapt quickly, build genuine relationships, and approach challenges with an open and thoughtful mindset. These experiences influence the way I lead and listen, and have shaped my ability to stay calm, organised, and people focused no matter the scale of the project.
Outside of work, I am passionate about music and DJ regularly, and I love exploring new creative spaces and communities. I also volunteer at FBi Radio for All The Best. These interests keep me curious and help me bring a fresh, grounded perspective to everything I do.
